We are open daily from 10.00am-5.00pm
Both our indoor and outdoor areas have now re-opened, providing a safe environment for our visitors.
Just the milking parlour remains closed.
What will be open on the farm?
OUTDOORS:
We have created a safe spacious environment for you to get lots of fresh air and excercise while having masses of fun as you go.
We have lots of sheep, lambs and gorgeous goats waiting to greet you. The pigs will be racing, donkeys,ponies, cows and alpacas are in the pastures eagerly awaiting our visitors.
We have a sensational new goat playground to visit. Our very lucky goats have had a impressive purpose built activity area to rival any children’s play area! Watch them play on swings, climb a daring spiral staircase, cross bridges and there’s even a goat trampoline!

Visit the Sycamore wood to do the bunny trail.
On every walk you will spot friendly animals, on a lakeside walk you can see ducks and moorhens too.
The barrel train will be running so lots of driving fun too
INDOORS:
We have a fantastic new Sensory Area and Trampoline Park for under fours in the main arena barn along with pedal tractors and the demon drop slide.
In our interactive animal barn you can stroke lambs and meet the bunnies and guinea pigs
The Warren Playbarn is open, along with the Brickwoorks play area and the Sand and Water Play
Indoor eating is available, tables are still 2m apart
Why do I need to book?
Although Covid 19 restrictions have changed it is our policy to limit the numbers visiting the Farm each day. This policy helps us manage the number of visitors we have on site and we therefore only have a limited number of tickets available each day that must be pre-booked online. Visitors who arrive without a pre-booked ticket will only be allowed to enter if the daily allocation of tickets has not been reached.

Can I just turn up and pay at Reception?
No. Due to limits on the number of visitors we can have on site, all Members and Non Members must book an online ticket.
Book tickets by arrival time
When I book a time slot can I only stay for 30 minutes?
No. Your booking time slot is your ARRIVAL time. You should aim to arrive in that 30 minute slot. You can stay until closing time.

I am a Member, can I visit without booking a ticket?
No. In order to manage the number of visitors we have on site we only have a limited number of tickets available each day that must be pre-booked. Members who arrive without a pre-booked ticket will only be allowed entry if the daily allocation of tickets has not been reached. Don’t forget to bring your membership cards which will be checked at admissions.

Just email info@parkhallfarm.co.uk and we will organise your ticket
What happens if I cannot make visit on the day I am booked in?
Please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at info@parkhallfarm.co.uk and we will try to re-book your ticket for another suitable day.
We do not issue refunds but will endeavour to provide you with a date and time that is acceptable. Ticket prices do vary for different events, so when transferring a ticket if the event is more expensive you will be asked to pay the difference.
Can I purchase food/ Can I bring a picnic/ Where can I eat?
The cafe is open daily with a range of hot and cold food.
You can eat indoors or outdoors. We will continue to space tables 2m apart.
